In this training, the emphasis is on self-healing. You will be encouraged to explore a process of self-care and nurturance. You will be taught the methods for self-treatment and you will learn how to treat others using hands-on-healing “basic positions” for friends, family and pets.

You will receive a Reiki 1 Attunement and the first Sacred “Power” Symbol during the course of the training. These attunement will establish the Reiki energy within your system for life. Your healing capabilities and spiritual progress will be heightened due to the opening of the subtle mental and physical energy systems.

Through the process of the training, you will be taught how to stimulate/or enhance your healing abilities and general use of Reiki energy.
